Airport: Cairo International Airport (CAI) is 30–45 minutes from central Cairo by taxi or ride‑share.
By Metro: Cairo Metro Lines 1, 2 and 3 connect major districts. Specific directions will be provided once the venue is announced.
By Bus: Public buses and private shuttles operate throughout the city.
By Car: Cairo’s main roads — Salah Salem, Ring Road, 6th of October Bridge — provide access to most event zones. Parking details will depend on the final venue.

The HYROX Format
No secrets, just hard work: 8 km total running divided into 1 km intervals, alternated with 8 stations of pure fire. Cairo’s edition will feature a spectator‑friendly layout once the venue is confirmed.
