Airport: Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) is the main international hub, about 45–60 minutes from the venue by taxi or ride‑share.

By Train: High‑speed trains arrive at Shanghai Hongqiao and Shanghai Railway Station, both connected to the metro network for easy transfer to Pudong.

No secrets, just hard work: 8 km total running divided into 1 km intervals, alternated with 8 stations of pure fire. The Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center offers wide halls and smooth surfaces, ideal for fast running laps and efficient transitions.
